  • All orders must be paid in full before production begins.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed. Due to the custom nature of 3D printing and scanning, orders are generally non-refundable once production has started.
  • If a defect is due to our error, we may, at our discretion, reprint or provide a refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • We make every effort to deliver accurate and high-quality results, but we do not guarantee that products will meet every specific requirement.
  • Whistler 3D Solutions is not liable for damages resulting from use or misuse of products or services.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

6. Third-Party Tools & Services

Our website may use third-party tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GoDaddy hosting, SEO services). We are not responsible for errors, downtime, or issues caused by these providers.
